Dear Gil,

Thank you so much Gil for everything you have taught me.  Little did I know how much control I had over my own feelings and destiny. The tools you have provided me with are worth all of their weight in gold and something that I will be using the rest of my life. They are also tools I will be teaching my children and grandchildren (when they come) as well. Too bad this isn't something that is taught in school. We would be such an improved species on this planet.
